Ambulance Billing

There is a fee for using the Ambulance and billing is done through the Chamberlain's Office located at City of Hornell. The City bills Medicare and Medicaid, other insurance carriers and individuals for the cost of the ambulance transports. Any questions please call the billing office at 607-324-7421.
