The Zoning Board of Appeals (ZBA) is responsible for considering requests of hardships submitted by an applicant (residents and/or property owner)  for zoning variances and special permits as outlined by Zoning laws.  The board meets the third Thursday of each month at 7 pm in the second floor conference room of City Hall. Applications must be submitted to the City Clerk by the first Friday of the month to be considered at that month's meeting.
