  • Christmas - City Offices will close at 1:00 pm on Wed., Dec. 24 and be closed on Thurs., Dec. 25 and Fri., Dec. 26, 2014, and on Thurs., Jan. 1, 2015. Garbage collection for Thurs. & Fri. will be delayed one day, for both weeks. The Public Library will be closed on Dec. 24th and Dec. 25th. and will reopen on Dec. 26th. The library will also close at 4:00 pm on Dec. 31st and be closed all day on Jan. 1st and reopen on Jan. 2nd. Hornell Area Transit buses will not run on Dec. 25th or Jan. 1st.

Ambulance Billing

There is a fee for using the Ambulance and billing is done through Professional Ambulance Billing (PAB). PAB bills Medicare and Medicaid, other insurance carriers and individuals for the cost of the ambulance transports.
